How To Apply Voter ID Card Online

The voter ID card is an identity document issued by the Election Commission of India that serves primarily as an identity proof, and address proof for Indian citizens.

The Election Commission of India has tied up with CSC-SPV for various voter nomination structures and EPIC printing with the objective of providing hassle free facility to the citizens to install new voter cards, print voter card and correct old voter data.

While all these facilities will be available on payment of prescribed fee at Common Service Centers TRENZ SHOPIAN in a area of south Kashmir applications for new voter card and improvement in old voter data will also be available on public portal.

At present, the Commission has started electrification program across the country to conduct voter verification, through which citizens can get their voter data removed online or at Common Service Center to get the flaws shown in their voter card.

The documents required to get a new voter card are as follows: -

Identity Proof     (e.g. Pan Card, Aadhar card Driving Licence)

Birth Certificate (e.g. Aadhaar Card, DOB Certificate)

Residence Proof (e.g. electricity bill, telephone bill, gas connection, passport ,ration card etc.)

Age Declaration Form (not important )
