"Dear CSC Centers"

National Livestock Mission is planned on 27th October, Afternoon 3 - 5 PM by Honorable Minister so its requested ask the identified  VLEs to conduct these camps on 27th and make the arrangement of 50 farmers at every location to listen to this live session Under "Advocacy and Advertisement through CSCs For National Livestock Mission (NLM) Scheme"

The implementation process -

    * Every VLE will invite minimum 50 beneficiaries for this camp. Keep Name, gender, mobile, animal type etc. record in excel file.

    * VLE will bring their own IT system- laptop, internet, power back up

    * VLEs will make arrangement for Refreshment for attendees, Tent, Water, Chairs and other Miscellaneous facilities on the Camp Date

    * Print the Banners in size 5Ft X 6Ft. Use the banners which are attached here with.

    * Broadcasting of Live Event by DoAHD through CSCs media channel will be shown to these Farmers. CSC FB page link will be shared

    * CSC District manager or District Coordinator will present at these camps

    

    * On the same day after camp, VLE will login at [ https://epashuchikitsa.csc-services.in/ | https://epashuchikitsa.csc-services.in/ ]

    * Create a Camp, Select Location and Date & Time

    * Upload two photographs and Beneficiaries detail (Name, mobile, Animal type in the format given)

    * Provide Invited Guest details- Name, Mobile, Designation/Department.
